Kim Simonsson: Tales of the Moss People
Tales of the Moss People is a collection of images and stories presenting recent sculptures by Finnish sculptor Kim Simonsson. The stories are tied together in a poetic book, launched at the end of March 2017 at Galerie Forsblom in Helsinki. After an amazing first edition run now available here is the slightly altered second edition.
The tales, written by gallerist Veikko Halmetoja, gives a voice, thoughts and feelings to members of the Moss People tribe, who seem magically alive despite their stillness.
