Orchard Serving Coaster

The beautiful and durable birch plywood serving tray inspired by Birger Kaipiainen's art is a sure eye-catcher at the table or why not as a decoration on the wall.

The serving tray is made of high-quality AB surface quality birch plywood with no spots, cracks, sticks, stains and no knot points, and is PEFC- and FSC-certified responsibly produced Finnish wood.

The colors of the serving tray withstand sunlight without fading. A thin layer of varnish provides the base with moisture protection. The serving tray cannot be machine washed, but the surface can be cleaned by hand with a damp cloth. It is not intended as a pan tray, because its surface treatment cannot withstand a hot metal pan. However, it can withstand a warm ceramic dish, such as a serving dish for boiled potatoes.
