Wirkkala Vase 14 cm 

Tapio Wirkkala worked as a designer for Rosenthal porcelain factory for decades. In 1977 he designed his famous and creative Bag vase.

Wirkkala played with oppositions and used humor as a spice. He had a good sense for different materials: this vase is matt on the outside and glazed on the inside. A skillfully built wrinkeled bag serves as a flower vase, however it is an eye catcher even as it is.
