Edited and published by EMMA Tuomas A. Laitinen / Fundamental Matter is a cross-section of the first Finnish Arts' Academy Prize winner exhibition organized by EMMA

The bound book with hard covers relies on the artist's vision and consists of two parts. In the middle of the book the art works are presented in pictures taken of the installations at the EMMA exhibition. The article in the book is written by the German curator, artist and writer, Anders Schlaegel. In addition Tuomas' long term cooperation parter, Mika Hannula, has made an in-depth interview with Tuomas of the background and thoughts of the works at Fundamental Matter exhibition.
