Watering Globe

Watering Globe
The hand-blown Watering Globes made from recycled glass keep houseplants thriving and are delightfully beautiful at the same time.
Using the Watering Globe:
1. Fill the watering globe with water. The best way to fill it is with a small flow of water, letting the water run along the edge of the tube to allow air to escape.
2. Make a hole in the soil using a pen, finger, or any similar object. Insert the watering globe into the hole. If you press the globe directly into the soil without a hole, the soil might clog the tube.
The plant will draw water from the globe as needed. When the soil dries, air will enter the globe, releasing an equivalent amount of water into the soil. Dry soil might initially empty the globe quickly. One globe is sufficient for smaller plants, but larger plants may need more than one. When the globe is empty, remove it from the soil and repeat steps 1 and 2.
Note! Clear Watering Globe: Like other curved glass objects, a clear watering globe can act as a magnifying glass under certain conditions. Therefore, when used in direct sunlight, it's good to monitor the globe and its immediate surroundings for any focal points. On a windowsill, it's best to place the globe on the room side of the plant.
Each watering globe is handmade from recycled glass without molds, so no two are exactly alike.
